The work is based on colour, repetition, symmetry and amassing materials through deliberately tedious methods of cutting, pasting and sewing. 

Using the ephemeral qualities of celebration as a symbol, this work hopes to bring people together- people craving instant connections that can be lost as quickly at the same time.
